Leximille is a language learning application that provides vocabulary flashcards, grammar lessons, and AI-powered conversation practice. The service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the educational content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Share your account with others
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Leximille and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
6. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leximille shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Educational results may vary and we make no guarantees regarding language learning outcomes.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
